The 45th edition of the Romanian Society of Neurosurgery Congress 2019 in Sibiu brought together hundreds of participants, dozens of specialists, important names in world neurosurgery, once again proving that neurosurgery in our country keeps up with the evolution of this medical specialty worldwide. Sibiu, an important city in the heart of Transylvania was the host in 2019 of this event relevant not only to the medical world, but also to the local community.
