The main objective of this project is to contribute to the qualitative and quantitative growth of humanistic research carried out at the level of the organization (Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu), by forming an elite research group, by stimulating young researchers, and by supporting the individual professional development of experienced faculty members.
To this end, the project includes three types of support provided to the LBUS faculty members in humanities:
– part-time positions for academic personnel with proven experience in coordinating or participating in national or international research projects;
– one-year scholarships for training researchers with the potential of achieving excellence;
– stipends for individual professional development.
