IDentities: cultural diversity and integration is a scientific event hosted by Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, Romania on the 21st of October 2022.
The event brings together academics, researchers, practitioners and civil society experts belonging to cross-disciplinary fields, who share ideas on current directions and meanings in approaching identity and cultural diversity related issues.
We encourage proposals addressing empirical and theoretical studies on the following topics, but not limited to:
- Intercultural communication;
- Multiple identity constructs (e.g. cultural/ethnic/family/national/ transnational/social/gender/ identity);
- Migration and refugee crisis;
- Integration and acculturation;
- Social movements;
- EU values;
- International mobilities and challeges in Erasmus+ digitalisation;
- European Alliances in HEI;
- Cultural mediation;
- Regional cooperation and geopolitics in EU space;
- Communication in behavioral change;
- Development and well-being across cultures;
- Intercultural education;
- Research methods in intra-inter and transculturality;
- Covid-19 Pandemic impact on culturally diverse environments.
Presentations lasting 15 minutes will be held in hybrid form (in-person and online).
We kindly invite interested researchers and scholars to submit their abstract by 25th of September 2022, by filling-in the registration form availabe at REGISTRATION .
