Rela\u021bia stat-Biseric\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia comunist\u0103<\/h1>\n

Prezentarea ofer\u0103 o analiz\u0103 a prevederilor constitu\u021bionale \u0219i legale privind rela\u021bia dintre stat \u0219i Bisericile din Romania, precum \u0219i o evaluare a gradului de separare dintre cele dou\u0103 entit\u0103\u021bi \u00een diferite etape ale perioadei comuniste. Prelegerea \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 compare pe scurt situa\u021bia Bisericii Ortodoxe Rom\u00e2ne sub regimul de tip sovietic cu cea a celorlalte Biserici Ortodoxe aflate sub regim comunist, \u00een special din Europa de Sud-Est. Una dintre ipoteze este aceea c\u0103 factorul greco-catolic a constituit un element specific care a caracterizat rela\u021biile dintre Biseric\u0103 \u0219i stat \u00een Rom\u00e2nia comunist\u0103. \u00cen plus, cazul rom\u00e2nesc pare s\u0103 se disting\u0103 at\u00e2t prin infiltrarea sporit\u0103 a comunit\u0103\u021bilor preo\u021be\u0219ti \u0219i monahale de c\u0103tre informatori ai poli\u021biei politice (ai Securit\u0103\u021bii<\/em>), c\u00e2t \u0219i prin utilizarea intensiv\u0103 a ierarhilor ortodoc\u0219i pentru promovarea na\u021bionalismului cultural sus\u021binut de stat (a\u0219a-numitul protocronism rom\u00e2nesc). \u00cen cele din urm\u0103, pornind de la implicarea na\u021bionalist\u0103 a clerului ortodox \u00een special sub regimul Ceau\u0219escu, prezentarea va examina, de asemenea, mai multe elemente de continuitate care au persistat \u00een era postcomunist\u0103.<\/p>\n
