This Training Toolkit for Gender Equality<\/strong>, developed as part of FERBOPO, reconfirms the project’s commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in academia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This toolkit addresses gender imbalances among early-career researchers<\/strong>, with the aim of reducing inequalities at later stages of academic careers. It provides practical guidance and structured support for mentoring processes within academic environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The toolkit includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– A Handbook for Mentors<\/strong>, offering guidance on gender-sensitive mentoring approaches<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– A Mentoring Agreement<\/strong>, outlining the framework for mentor\u2013mentee collaboration<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– A Career Development Plan (CDP)<\/strong> template, supporting mentees in defining their academic and professional goals<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The materials are designed to support the development of inclusive mentoring practices<\/strong> at Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu and beyond. Feedback collected from mentors and mentees will contribute to the continuous improvement of the toolkit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This resource represents Deliverable D3.3<\/strong> of the FERBOPO project and serves as an online manual for training ULBS mentors in gender equality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
