Planul de egalitate de gen \u00een cadrul Universit\u0103\u021bii \u201eLucian Blaga\u201d din Sibiu pentru perioada 2022\u20132025 ofer\u0103 o imagine de ansamblu asupra modului \u00een care dimensiunea de gen se reflect\u0103 \u00een structura resursei umane, \u00een performan\u021ba academic\u0103 \u0219i \u00een accesul la pozi\u021bii de decizie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rezultatele eviden\u021biaz\u0103 nu doar distribu\u021bii numerice, ci \u0219i dinamici institu\u021bionale relevante pentru \u00een\u021belegerea func\u021bion\u0103rii mediului academic. De asemenea, analiza eviden\u021biaz\u0103 diferen\u021be de reprezentare pe niveluri ale carierei academice \u0219i \u00een structurile de conducere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Astfel, acest raport contribuie la o mai bun\u0103 \u00een\u021belegere a dinamicilor de gen din mediul universitar \u0219i sprijin\u0103 fundamentarea politicilor \u0219i m\u0103surilor institu\u021bionale \u00een domeniul egalit\u0103\u021bii de gen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
