FERBOPO Training Toolkit on Gender Equality

This Training Toolkit for Gender Equality, developed as part of FERBOPO, reconfirms the project’s commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in academia.

This toolkit addresses gender imbalances among early-career researchers, with the aim of reducing inequalities at later stages of academic careers. It provides practical guidance and structured support for mentoring processes within academic environments.

The toolkit includes:

– A Handbook for Mentors, offering guidance on gender-sensitive mentoring approaches

– A Mentoring Agreement, outlining the framework for mentor–mentee collaboration

– A Career Development Plan (CDP) template, supporting mentees in defining their academic and professional goals

The materials are designed to support the development of inclusive mentoring practices at Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu and beyond. Feedback collected from mentors and mentees will contribute to the continuous improvement of the toolkit.

This resource represents Deliverable D3.3 of the FERBOPO project and serves as an online manual for training ULBS mentors in gender equality.
