
Livia POGAN
Livia Pogan is a Lecturer at Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, Romania, holding a PhD in Sociology, with academic training in Law and Psychology and professional experience as a Human Resources psychologist. Her research focuses on work–life relations, organizational learning and change, work behaviour, knowledge transfer and technology, career development, and the integration of diverse employees in the workplace.
Within the FERBOPO project, she is a researcher in WP5, contributing to the study “Gender, aging and body politics in the organizational culture”, with a particular interest in how organizational practices shape recruitment, management, and inclusion processes based on gender, age, and bodily norms. She has previously been involved in several national and European research projects addressing work and organizational dynamics, including Return to work after being diagnosed with chronic conditions in Romania, DiFiCIL, and LeverAge.
