Alexandra is a PhD student in Management at “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu, investigating the impact of data analytics on organisational decision-making and performance, with a particular focus on how analytics capabilities are embedded into decision processes and generate organisational value. Within the FERBOPO project, Alexandra contributes as a research assistant supporting the team in developing and implementing the project deliverables, with a particular focus on promoting inclusion and equal opportunities.
