
Carolina ȚÎMBALARI
Carolina Țîmbalari holds a Ph.D. in Management (2023), with a doctoral thesis entitled “The Impact of Culture on Competitiveness – Multilevel Managerial Approach.” Her fields of interest include management, cross-cultural management, competitiveness, and human resource management. Her research focuses on the relationship between culture and economic performance, exploring how cultural factors, particularly the 6D of the Hofstede model influence competitive advantage from a multilevel managerial perspective.
In recent years, she has been involved as a project member in various academic and research initiatives, contributing to interdisciplinary collaboration. She is the author of several scientific articles and an active participant in national and international academic conferences.
Within the FERBOPO project (WP3), she contributes to the integration of equality and inclusion principles at ULBS, with a focus on promoting equitable practices across diverse socio-economic and cultural contexts.
