As part of its commitment to evidence-based governance and gender equality, the FERBOPO ERA Chair project has developed an interactive institutional dashboard mapping gender representation across Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu (ULBS). The tool supports ULBS's strategic objectives under its Gender Equality Plan and contributes to the broader European Research Area agenda on inclusive and transparent research institutions.
